Millicent
E. (Missy) Gale, CFRE
President
Missy
Gale has more than 25 years experience in development and public relations
with health care and non-profit organizations. She has been a fundraising
consultant since 2001, assisting national and regional clients reach
their full potential. With expertise in major gift fundraising,
capital and endowment campaigns, relationship management and all aspects
of the development process, Missy is astute in the assessment of needs,
management and oversight with a focus on setting and achieving fundraising
goals. Missy’s public relations background includes planning, media
and crisis management. She combines her expertise in development and
public relations to provide sound development strategy that includes
an understanding of stakeholder constituencies and the organization’s
image. Missy has overseen many successful multimillion dollar campaigns
for multiple organizations some of which include: Big Brothers Big Sisters
of North Texas, the Fort Worth Zoo, Partners Together For Health the
foundation for JPS Health Network, ACH Child & Family Services.
Missy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, holds a Certified
Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation through the Association of Fundraising
Professionals, has received awards for effective communication, and has
presented at numerous regional and national professional conferences.
Renae Stiff
Manager, Business & Client Services
Renae Stiff is the manager of business and client services at M. Gale & Associates.
Her business administration experience spans over 23 years.
Renae has a reputation for information technology expertise and is highly
skilled in streamlining corporate and client information systems, to include
web based networks and databases.
With a background in human resources and accounting, Renae also assists
both national and regional clients, and associates with their business
needs, as well as manages corporate finances.
Anna
Hammonds
Manager, Associate Support & Business Development
Anna
Hammonds has more than five years experience in management, database software
and development with non-profit organizations. Anna established a
donor stewardship program for Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas that
was later taken to a national level. She has advanced experience in
donor data base systems including overseeing a year-long conversion process
including implementing new software applications for multiple departments
and staff training. As manager of associate support and business
development, Anna assists clients and associates with business needs, research
and data management. She also oversees corporate business development
and marketing.
Anna is a graduate of the University of North Texas and a member of the
Association of Fundraising Professionals. She also serves as a leader
in several programs through her church affiliation and serves as a Big
Sister through the Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring program.
Barbara
H. McColm, CFRE
Barbara
McColm has more than 22 years experience in non-profit fundraising in health
care, retirement living services and non-profit organizations. Prior
to working as a fundraising consultant, Barbara worked in the fundraising
arena for two non-profit corporations, Harris Methodist Health Foundation
in Fort Worth, Texas and Sears Methodist Retirement Foundation in west
Texas. Barbara has been a fundraising consultant since 2005 working
with clients to build and enhance their fundraising programs. With
experience in administration, major gift fundraising, planned giving and
capital and endowment campaigns, Barbara offers guidance for successful
development initiatives. Clients include Big Brothers Big Sisters,
Camp Fire USA First Texas Council, the University of North Texas, the University
of North Texas Health Science Center, James L. West
Alzheimer Center, the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Foundation,
Gilda’s Club North Texas, and the YWCA. In addition to her
professional work, Barbara has spent many years volunteering and serving
her community in various endeavors.
Barbara is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, holds a Certified
Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation through the Association of Fundraising
Professionals, received the outstanding Association of Healthcare Professional
Rockies and Southwest Region Professional award in 2004, and is a speaker
at national and regional professional conferences.
Anne
S. Robillard, CFRE
Anne
Robillard has an extensive corporate and non-profit background in fundraising,
sales, marketing, management and consulting. Her industry experience
spans over 30 years, as Anne held numerous executive positions with IBM,
Kinko's, Inc., The University of Texas at Arlington and Fort Worth Country
Day School.
As Director of Advancement at Fort Worth Country Day School, Anne led the
efforts that raised $21.5 million, the most-ever achieved capital campaign
goal for the school. As a consultant, Anne has provided expertise
to several clients including Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters, Camp Fire
USA First Texas Council, the Memnosyne Foundation, St. John’s Episcopal
School/Dallas, the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute and the YWCA.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Certified
Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation through the Association of Fundraising
Professionals. She attended
the President’s Class at Harvard, an IBM executive-track program. She
is a member of numerous professional and volunteering organizations. She
serves on executive councils for the University of Texas McCombs School
of Business and the Texas Exes.
Lyndsay
Hoover
With
more than 10 years of experience in development public relations and non-profit
management, Lyndsay offers a diverse and thorough skill set supported by
a proven track record of fund-raising results.
Lyndsay has an exceptional
public relations background, including eight years
as the Fort Worth Zoo’s Public Relations and Development Director. During her
tenure at the Zoo, she tripled the organization’s local and regional coverage
while spearheading all crisis communication efforts. She coordinated the annual
giving program, solicited major gifts, and led the $18 million capital campaign
for the Zoo’s Museum of Living Art (MOLA) exhibit.
Lyndsay served as Development Director at the Presbyterian Night Shelter from
2007 to 2010. In this role, she helped stabilize the Shelter’s infrastructure,
produced and initiated the Shelter’s first public relations, branding and development
campaigns, and far exceeded fund-raising goals. In 2009, she served as the Interim
Executive Director of the agency.
Lyndsay has a degree in journalism from Texas
A&M University. She has served
as a board member of the Junior League of Fort Worth, Mayfest Inc., the Presbyterian
Night Shelter and the Fort Worth Public Relations Society.
Jennifer
T. Melson
Jennifer
Melson has more than 13 years of experience in management, consulting,
and development with non-profit organizations.
Prior to working as a fundraising consultant, Jennifer served as Executive
Director of the Greater Tarrant County Division of the American Heart Association. Jennifer’s
fundraising success over the years has included major gifts, special events,
foundation gifts, and memorial gifts. She was an internal fundraising
consultant at the American Heart Association's National Center in Dallas
where she provided guidance and direction to staff across the United States
on
specific
fundraising
programs. Jennifer was successful in strategizing nationally with
senior management and field staff to increase recruitment and retention
of participants and sponsors. Jennifer
also serves as Regional Manager for South Louisiana/Mississippi Region
of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Jennifer is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She also currently
serves the mid-cities community through her volunteer efforts with various
organizations.
Richard
(Dick) Russack
Dick
retired at year end 2007 as President, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Foundation
and as Vice President, Corporate Relations, responsible for all communications
and community relations with internal and external audiences of this $18
billion freight railway company that operates in 28 states and two Canadian
provinces. Dick's 16-year career at BNSF followed 13 years of running
his own communications consulting agency and working for an Ogilvy Public
Relations unit as general manager. Dick began his career as a newspaper
reporter and then spent 13 years with IBM Corporation.
He earned a B.S.
Degree in Electrical Engineering from Union College and a B.A. degree
in Economics from New York University.
Ellen
P. Ray, MA
Ellen
Ray brings more than 30 years of professional and volunteer experience
in human services and the non-profit sector. Both as a psychotherapist
in private practice for 15 years and as Director of Development at Lena
Pope Home in Fort Worth, she has worked tirelessly to improve the lives
of others.
Professional fund raising experience has included annual direct mail campaigns,
successful special events, co-branding sponsorships and promotions, major
and planned giving programs, donor cultivation as well as the communications
and public relations functions. By incorporating public relations
and marketing strategies, she helped increase the visibility of the agency
and its mission more than doubling their print and electronic media exposure.
Since 2006, she has provided consulting services to clients in the areas
of board development, strategic planning, capital campaigns, community
relations, as well as numerous fundraising events. Clients such as Westlake
Academy, Safe Haven of Tarrant County, Santa Fe Youth Services, the Mental
Health Association of Tarrant County, and others have benefited from her
counsel.
Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston and
a Master of Arts degree from Texas Christian University. She is a Licensed
Professional Counselor and has been a member of the Association of Fundraising
Professionals and the Public Relations Society of America.
